Audiometry Webapp

The Audiometry Webapp allows OHDs to run their Audiometry Program for companies smoothly. It includes:

  1. A Company database
    • With autogenerated Summary Report for submission to DOSH annually
  2. An Employee database
    • For walk-in (fitness-to-work) and company employees (Annual Audiometric Program)
  3. The Questionnaire module
    • designed around Appendix 4 ICOP2019
  4. The Audiometry module
    • For air conduction tests
    • For bone conduction tests
    • With comparison charts between two audiograms, current and baseline
    • Autogenerated interpretation of results and action plan following ICOP2019
  5. Medical Examination module
    • Medical History
    • Physical Examination
    • Diagnostic Tests
    • Conclusion & Recommendations
